Let the sky set the schedule. The Luminiz TRFPC01 Thermal Photocell automatically activates your landscape lighting at dusk and shuts it off at dawn — no timers to program, no switches to flip. The CDS sensor continuously reads ambient light levels, triggering the transformer on when light drops to 10–16 lux and off when it rises above 65 lux, with a 30–180 second action delay to prevent false triggering from passing headlights or momentary shadows.
Built for the outdoors and engineered to last, the UV-stabilized impact-resistant polycarbonate housing stands up to decades of sun, rain, and temperature extremes from -40°C to +70°C. Energy draw is negligible at under 1.5W — the photocell practically pays for itself in the first week of automated operation.
Designed as a plug-in accessory for the Luminiz Transformer Pro Series — simply connect to the accessory port on your TF106 transformer, no wiring required.
