Ex9QR5 series bypass motor soft starter uses power electronics technology, microprocessor technology and advanced control algorithms to achieve soft start and soft stop of three-phase asynchronous motors. It is equipped with Modbus communication protocol as standard, which is simple and reliable to use. It is an ideal replacement product for star-delta starter, auto-coupling step-down starter, magnetic control step-down starter and other equipment.
This product has a unique SCR trigger closed-loop control algorithm, Chinese and English LCD display, etc., and integrates advanced protection functions. It has overload, stall, start current limit timeout, three-phase imbalance, input & output phase loss, thyristor short circuit, soft starter overheating, motor overheating, bypass switch failure and other faults, and provides all-round protection for motors and equipment. The circuit board is treated with three-proof paint to adapt to complex use environments.
It is widely used in metallurgy, petrochemical, fire protection, mining, water supply, municipal administration, food, cement and machinery and other industries.
